I'm especially drawn to funny people. I love being with them because I love to laugh a lot and it makes me feel good not only because it strengthen my immune system but because it's fun and it's free. There is nothing like a good laugh to inspire me and lighten my burden so I can go on with the task at hand and make my day complete. This special feeling makes me think that no matter how bad the circumstances are, I will be able to overcome them because it relaxes my whole body. It also gives me a healthy outlook in life and in everything.

I believe that having a good sense of humour is both a talent and a skill. It's not enough to be blessed with a good sense of humour. One should practice it until it becomes an integral part of their body. Planning is also essential so that you will know how to use it and when to use it appropriately in every situation. However, there are some people who don't know how to use their humour. There are some who make it sound like an insult or a sarcastic remark. For guys who want to impress the girls, the rule of thumb is to never tell jokes at the expense of other people, or worse, at the girls' own expense. Don't be malicious as this can only turn them off. Can you actually make fun of your friend's current relationship or her thick waist? Or about another guy's balding hair (without you knowing it her dad may have that receding hairline too)? If you feel the urge to tease however, do it in a nice and clean manner. Don't pick her or her friend's blemishes as subjects (i.e. fats, pimples). Light teasing is acceptable to some girls. Just test the water first and see how she reacts to it. If you see her squirm, then that means teasing is not welcome.
Now, the tricky part is when to apply humour. Guys, as mentioned earlier, can try it when they're trying to catch the attention of girls they like. Friends should do it when they're trying to comfort a friend or to just have some fun. But take note of the timing. You certainly can't joke around at a funeral or a formal gathering where a serious topic are being talked about. Alternatively, there are also some people who try so hard to make others laugh. They could look uptight while telling a joke, or they could look so nervous while waiting for their audience' responses. This would only make them feel tense and unsure about you. Chances are, they wouldn't even know the difference whether you're just narrating a story or telling a joke.
